We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from customers and suppliers
  • Log customer enquiries and schedule appointments for engineers
  • Enter and manage bookings in the company diary system
  • Provide clear information to customers regarding appointments and services
  • Liaise with engineers regarding job allocations and updates
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required
  • Maintain accurate records and job notes within the office system
  • Support the wider office team with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
  • Confident using computers and office systems
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
